I’m currently working in Service Design at EY Seren, leading a design and business team of 5 and working on 3 government services for launch in September 2024. Previously, I’ve designed school spaces, library services, accelerator programs, and businesses across the globe.

Prior to moving to London, I have worked and lived in 3 other international cities — New York City, Berlin, and Manila. I moved to explore, learn about different cultures and ways of life, and to discover the differences that make us all the same.
RICH ORGANIZATIONAL & BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE
I have worked in various corporate environments - from large corps to tech startups to small /large consultancy firms to accelerators. I strived to see multiple business operating models, management styles, and risk appetites that now shape the strategist and leader that I am today.
‘T-SHAPED & MORE’ COMPETENCE
I have held user research, service design, design strategy, program operations, and product management roles. I explored these roles to understand the full design-to-delivery lifecycle and gain the perspective and empathy to successfully build products and lead multidisciplinary teams.
CONNECTING INDUSTRY ‘DOTS’
I’ve worked in uncovering strategic opportunities in the industries of consumer electronics, education, medicine, public health, banking, retail, automotive, and home & household appliances. I sought out industries I’ve never explored before to drive value while enhancing the mind of the innovator in me.
