Envisioning the App of the Future


I led an ideation workshop for a global automotive brand that was looking to redesign its mobile application for vehicle owners based on emerging trends and the future of mobility and automotive.

With 12+ senior business leaders from US, EU, and SEA, I facilitated a workshop where they shared ideas for the app around key themes and emerging trends. Participants mapped potential components and features that would make the app experience delightful for users and identified services and offerings that would create user value and make the brand stand out among competitors. 

Ideas from the workshop were processed and integrated in the strategy in the final report sent back to the client.
