Growth and Partnerships Workshop for a Global Automotive Brand


I led a growth and partnerships workshop for a global automotive brand that was looking to strengthen brand value and positioning and leverage partnerships and collaborations with other globally successful brands.

With 12+ senior business leaders from US, EU, and SEA, I facilitated a workshop where they identified collaboration opportunities with brands spanning across industries of food and beverage, oil and gas, retail, ecommerce, media, travel, and entertainment. Participants brainstormed on the value that their brand could provide in the future, whether through feature integration or long-term partnership. 

Ideas from the workshop were processed and integrated in the strategy in the final report sent back to the client.
